	Terry Granzier started Lakeside in the winter of 2002.
	The original focus of Lakeside was to supply superior raw product to salad manufacturers.
	In the winter of 2004, Lakeside focused on creating a year-round supply of bulk cabbage to salad manufacturers, with a strong focus on G.A.P.’s and food safety.
	In the summer of 2004, Lakeside unveiled their software, ProTraceTM. ProTraceTM was designed to trace all pertinent information about a customer’s raw product load, instantly. (patent pending)
	In the summer of 2004, Vince Hugo and Keith Gustafson joined Lakeside Produce. Terry, Vince and Gus all have extensive experience in the sales and distribution of cabbage to salad manufacturers dating back to the mid-1990's.
